I’ve cancelled my direct debit mandate. Will it cancel my agreement?

If your Direct Debit mandate is cancelled and as a result you miss a payment, this will set a cancellation date on your agreement. If you do not make up the missed payment by this date, or if you do not set up a new Direct Debit mandate, the agreement will cancel.
