How do I cancel my agreement?

If you have registered online, you can request to cancel your agreement through your Premium Credit online account.
 
Select Credit Agreements on the navigation menu:
 
 
Then select the agreement you wish to cancel, and select Cancel Credit Agreement at the bottom of the page.
 
 
Please be advised that your request will be processed within 2-3 working days. If your next monthly payment is due within 5 working days then this may still be collected from your bank.
