How do I cancel my agreement?

If you have registered online, you can request to cancel your agreement through your Premium Credit online account.
Select Credit Agreements on the navigation menu. Then select the agreement you wish to cancel, and select Cancel Credit Agreement at the bottom of the page.
Please be advised that your request will be processed within 2-3 working days. If your next monthly payment is due within 5 working days then this may still be collected from your bank.

  • Please have your Credit Agreement reference number (which starts with a D) to hand, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
    • Your Credit Agreement reference number can be found on your welcome letter as well as on your online account.
