How do I change my bank details?

If you have a Premium Credit online account, you can change your bank details online. Simply Log in, select the agreement you wish to change, and select Change Bank Details under Bank Details.

You can also change these details using our new mobile app. To download the app, please visit the relevant app store:

Please note: If you change your bank account details online via your Premium Credit online account, it can take up to 5 working days for the agreement to be updated.

You will also need to contact your service provider to confirm your new details with them.
