How do I make a payment on the app?

If you have missed a payment, you can make a payment using our mobile app. Under your agreement details, select Make Payment and follow the steps.

Please note that this payment may take up to 3 days to show on your account. We accept all major debit and credit cards, with the exception of American Express.

When calling us:

  • Please have your Credit Agreement reference number (which starts with a D) to hand, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
    • Your Credit Agreement reference number can be found on your welcome letter as well as on your online account.
