How do I sign in to the app?

When you open the app for the first time, you will be presented with three welcome screens to slide through explaining what you can use the app for and how to set up your account.

You will then be asked to create a passcode which will be used to unlock the app. Please choose a 4-digit code and input this twice to confirm.

If your smartphone has fingerprint technology, you can also use your fingerprint as a passcode. Please note that you will need to enable fingerprint recognition and save a fingerprint within your mobile phone settings before you can set this up within the app.

The next step is to link the app to your credit agreement, by entering your credit agreement reference number (beginning with a D). You will then be asked to confirm your Date of Birth, for security purposes. You may also choose an alternative authentication method:

  • Post Code
  • Mobile number
  • Last two characters of your bank sort code and the last two characters of your bank account number.

Your agreement will now be shown on the home screen and you can now use the app to manage your account.
