Why do I need to sign my Credit Agreement again?

If your original Credit Agreement was cancelled for any reason, we may have been requested by your service provider to setup a new agreement.

In this case, we would request that you sign a new Credit Agreement to confirm that you agree to the terms of this new agreement. For help signing, visit: How do I sign my credit agreement?

  • Please have your Credit Agreement reference number (which starts with a D) to hand, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
    • Your Credit Agreement reference number can be found on your welcome letter as well as on your online account.
