I can't see my Credit Agreement.

If you can't see your Credit Agreement on your Premium Credit online account, you must add the agreement to your account. For help with adding a new agreement, please visit: How do I add an agreement?

Your agreement will be displayed in PDF form on the signing page. In order to see the agreement, you must have Adobe Reader installed. Please follow this link to download Adobe Reader: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/.

  • Please have your Credit Agreement reference number (which starts with a D) to hand, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
    • Your Credit Agreement reference number can be found on your welcome letter as well as on your online account.
