I’ve been declined credit elsewhere because of the record you share. How can I remove it or amend it?

If you believe we incorrectly reported missed payments on your credit file, we can investigate & if appropriate we can amend or delete the data we shared.

If you did miss payment(s) and we reported them on your credit file, will be unable to amend your credit file. However, if you make the necessary payments to clear any missed payments this will be reflected in the next update of your credit file information.
