Why are you collecting more than one payment?

If your service with your service provider started before your Credit Agreement with us, we may need to collect payments covering this period. This is why your first monthly payment may be more than your scheduled monthly payment amount.
Please refer to your Payments Schedule in your welcome letter to see when your first payment was due, the amount due and how this has been calculated. This information is also shown on your Premium Credit online account.
Alternatively, under the terms of your Credit Agreement, a charge may have been applied, which may have been collected alongside your scheduled monthly payment. Please check any previous correspondence sent by Premium Credit that would have made you aware of any of these charges.
