Can I withdraw from my agreement?

If your agreement is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, then you can withdraw from your agreement within 14 days at no additional charge, although you will have to repay any credit provided. If your agreement is regulated, this will be stated on your welcome letter.

The 14 day period starts from the day after we send you a letter to confirm that your agreement has been signed or returned, or if you have not received this letter, the day after we collect your first payment.
