What do the letters and numbers on my credit report under the status field mean?

The status field shows the payment status of your account. The statuses can be described as follows:

0: Up to date. An account where all expected payments have been made.

1: One months in arrears. An account has an unpaid instalment.

N: Inactive. Account having zero balance and no financial movement in the last 90 days.

Q: Query. Set on an account that is either: has a recent indemnity claim, recent name update, or customer is deceased (but agreement is still live).

S: Settled. Account which is closed.

U: Unclassified. Status set on an account which has not yet reached its first payment due date.
